Shipping Policy


Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery

We deliver across mainland Portugal and to selected EU countries - Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany- (excluding Portuguese islands and non-mainland territories) with an estimated timeframe of 7 to 15 business days. Our standard delivery service brings items to the main entrance or curbside of your building. Please ensure assistance is available for heavy or bulky items, as the delivery team does not carry goods inside, upstairs, or into lifts. For large furniture pieces, our team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery slot. We remain responsible for your items until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of them.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase. To start a return, simply email info@evervida.eu with a clear statement of your decision within this period. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Custom and Non-Returnable Items

To offer truly unique pieces, some items are made specifically to your order and cannot be returned. This includes any furniture produced according to your chosen dimensions, materials, finishes, colours, or other non‑standard configurations. Additionally, products with sealed packaging cannot be returned once opened after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.

Return Conditions

For a full refund, we recommend returning items in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, ideally in the original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and a copy of your invoice. If you return standard items that have been assembled, used, or lack original packaging, you still retain the right to return them. However, we may deduct from your refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature and characteristics of the item.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service and packing the item securely. You bear responsibility for the goods during transit until they reach our warehouse.
Important: If the item is defective, not in conformity with the contract, or damaged in transit, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipping, whichever happens first. Your refund will include the cost of standard outbound delivery, but any premium delivery upgrade is non‑refundable. All reimbursements are issued automatically to your original payment method. If the returned item shows diminished value from handling beyond simple inspection, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

All products are covered by a 3‑year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects and lack of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with Decree‑Law No. 84/2021. This guarantee exists independently of any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer. If your item develops a covered defect, please email us at info@evervida.eu with a description and photos so we can resolve the issue.

Transit Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage from shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to info@evervida.eu so we can file a claim with the carrier. This 48‑hour window applies only to transit damage and does not limit your statutory rights under the 3‑year legal guarantee for inherent defects or lack of conformity.
