Ordering
Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Delivery
We currently deliver across Portugal mainland. To confirm if we deliver to your address, enter your postcode at checkout or contact our team.
Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Our delivery service covers curbside and building entrance drop-off. This means your order will be brought to the street outside your home or to the entrance of your building. Please ensure someone is available to receive and bring the item inside, and that the access route is clear on the day of delivery.

Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
